Paul is currently chairman of Morse Ireland Limited as well as previously sitting on a number of Morse UK company boards. He was Managing Director of Morse Ireland Limited. In 1992 Paul was involved in setting up SSI Computer Group Limited with four other Directors. In 1997 he led an MBO of the company. After a period of restructure and rapid growth the business was sold to Morse Plc (LSE: MOR). Paul initially studied Electronic Engineering. In 1998 Paul completed a MBA through the Smurfit Business School (UCD).
Mike is CEO of Altobridge Limited. Altobridge is based in Tralee Co Kerry. Altobridge has established itself as a leader in remote wireless communications.
Prior to Altobridge he was Vice President Marketing & Corporate Officer of interWAVE Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: IWAV) San Francisco, California. In 1999 he lead an MBO of ADC Microcellular Systems from ADC Telecommunications (NASDAQ: ADCT). The new entity became profitable within 9 months and was sold to interWAVE Communications, Menlo Park, California in July 2000.
Prior to the MBO he was Vice President International Sales, ADC Wireless Systems Group & Managing Director, ADC Microcellular Systems Ltd, part of ADC Telecommunications (NASDAQ: ADCT). Prior to this he held several senior positions with Ericsson in Europe, Asia (Hong Kong and China) and the US.
Paddy Holahan is founder and Chief Executive Officer of NewBay Software Ltd. He has grown NewBay from idea into a leading provider of solutions for mobile operators worldwide. Previously, he was executive vice president of marketing and product management for Baltimore Technologies (London: BLM). Having joined Baltimore Technologies in 1996, he was a key member of the executive management team that rapidly grew the company from a small private company to a public company valued at over $10bn. During his tenure, Baltimore Technologies made 5 acquisitions worth in excess of $500m, completed its NASDAQ public listing, employed over 1400 employees and had annual revenues of over $100m. He left Baltimore Technologies in May 2001.
Prior to his role at Baltimore Technologies, Paddy Holahan was co-founder and CEO of East Coast Software, a private software company specialising in PC utility software (1987-1996).
Declan Hogan is an experienced entrepreneur and investor. His management experience includes advising small start-ups as a non-executive director and corporate finance advisor. Over the years he has invested in a large number of successful technology companies.
Declan is a Partner in Hogan & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Hogan & Associates specialise in the provision of services to companies engaged in the high-tech sector. Having formed Hogan & Associates in 1992, he assumed a hands on role as advisor and investor to a number of successful technology start-ups. Declan qualified as a chartered accountant, achieving first place in Ireland with Arthur Andersen, in 1976.
Paul McKeon is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Propylon Limited. He has grown the company from inception to a leading provider of solutions for e-Government worldwide. Propylon currently employs 66 staff in offices in Dublin, Sligo, New York and Mumbai. Paul assumed the role of CEO in March 2001. The company has grown rapidly since taking on additional investment in 2001 and was ranked the 30th fastest growing company in the UK and Ireland by Deloitte & Touche in 2004. Paul is a chartered accountant.

Prior to Hogan & Associates Hugh worked with Merrion Corpoate Finance where he focused on technology fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions. Hugh graduated from UCD with a Bachelor in Business & Legal Studies in 1995 and then completed a Masters in Accountancy in 1996. He then qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin working mainly in the Audit and Business Advisory department.
